Gang Giz is a brand operated by Auho Cloud Services (“Gang Giz”, “Auho Cloud Services”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of
gangiz.com,
the Gang Giz Marketplace,
customer accounts, demos, downloads, licences, support services, managed services and any related products or services that refer to these Terms.
By creating an account, placing an order, purchasing or downloading a product, activating a licence,
requesting a service, or otherwise using the Gang Giz Marketplace, you agree to these Terms and any
product-specific terms displayed on the relevant product or checkout page.
If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the relevant product or service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or overrides any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection or other mandatory law.

2. Eligibility and Authority
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order.
If you purchase or use a product on behalf of a company, client, partnership, organisation or other entity,
you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
If you are an agency, developer or service provider purchasing for a client, you remain responsible for ensuring
that the appropriate licence is purchased and assigned to the authorised client/domain in accordance with the applicable product licence.
3. The Gang Giz Marketplace
The Gang Giz Marketplace offers digital products and related services, which may include themes, plugins, add-ons,
software components, integrations, installers, documentation, licences, support, installation, configuration,
customisation and other technology services.
Unless a product page expressly identifies a different seller, products offered under the Gang Giz brand are sold by
Auho Cloud Services.
If we later allow an identified third-party seller to offer a product through the Marketplace,
the seller’s identity and any additional seller-specific terms may be displayed on the relevant listing.
These Marketplace Terms will continue to govern your use of the Gang Giz platform.
4. Product Information and Compatibility
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, screenshots, demonstrations, compatibility information,
feature lists and documentation. Product pages may also identify required third-party software, supported versions,
licence scope, update entitlement, support period or other product-specific conditions.
Before purchasing, you are responsible for checking that your hosting environment, server, CMS, software version,
third-party platform and other technical requirements are compatible with the product.
If you are uncertain about compatibility, contact

Screenshots, mock-ups, demos and promotional materials illustrate the product at the time they are produced.
Minor visual or functional differences may occur because of software versions, device settings, third-party dependencies,
browser behaviour, configuration or later product updates.
5. Orders and Contract Formation
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected product or service.
An order is accepted when payment is successfully confirmed and we provide the relevant order confirmation,
download access, licence, service confirmation or other fulfilment, unless we notify you that the order cannot be accepted.
We may refuse, cancel or manually review an order where reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud,
payment failure, sanctions or legal restrictions, pricing or technical error, duplicate orders,
licensing abuse, security concerns or inability to provide the ordered service.
If we cancel a paid order before providing the purchased product or service, the amount paid for that cancelled order will be refunded,
subject to any lawful payment-provider deductions that are outside our control.
6. Prices, Currency and Taxes
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the Marketplace at the time of purchase.
Applicable taxes, duties, bank charges, foreign-exchange charges or payment-provider fees may be added or charged where required.
You are responsible for taxes or charges applicable to your purchase except those that applicable law requires us to collect and remit.
We may change prices, discounts, bundles or promotional offers at any time.
A later price change does not normally alter the price of an order already completed.
Obvious pricing or listing errors may be corrected, and if an affected order cannot reasonably be fulfilled at the erroneous price,
we may cancel it and refund the amount paid.
7. Payments
We currently accept payments through PayPal and Stripe, together with any other method displayed at checkout from time to time.
Payments are also subject to the relevant payment provider’s terms and policies.
You must provide accurate billing and payment information and must be authorised to use the selected payment method.
We may suspend delivery or licence access while a payment is pending, reversed, disputed or reasonably suspected to be fraudulent.
A genuine billing dispute should first be raised with us at

A fraudulent or abusive chargeback may result in suspension of the associated account, licence or service while the matter is investigated.
This does not limit any lawful right you have to dispute a payment.
8. Digital Delivery
Digital products are normally made available through your Gang Giz account, a download link, licence activation,
email, or another delivery method stated on the product page.
Delivery is considered made when the purchased digital product or access is made available to you,
subject to any mandatory consumer-law rule that applies.
You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address and account used for the purchase and for keeping your own lawful backups
of downloaded files where permitted by the applicable licence.
9. Pre-Orders and Upcoming Products
A product identified as a pre-order, early access, coming soon or similar offering may not be fully released at the time of purchase.
Any release date, feature roadmap or development target is an estimate unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.
Software development priorities, third-party changes, testing requirements or technical issues may affect release timing or features.
If we permanently cancel a paid pre-order before delivering the purchased product, we will provide an appropriate refund.
Any customer-requested cancellation or refund is otherwise governed by the Refund Policy, the product-specific terms and applicable law.
10. Refunds, Returns and Defective Digital Products
Because most Gang Giz products are digital goods or digital services that can be downloaded, activated or accessed shortly after purchase,
refund eligibility may differ from physical goods.
Our current Refund Policy, as published on gangiz.com, is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Nothing in these Terms or in our Refund Policy removes any mandatory right you may have under applicable law.
Where a digital product or service is defective, deficient, materially different from its advertised characteristics,
or otherwise qualifies for a refund or remedy under applicable law, we will handle the matter in accordance with those legal requirements.
A refund will not ordinarily be due merely because you changed your mind after receiving or accessing a digital product,
where applicable law permits that limitation, or because you failed to check clearly disclosed compatibility requirements.
Each request will nevertheless be reviewed under the Refund Policy and applicable law.
11. Gang Giz Commercial Software Licence
Unless a product page or separate written licence expressly states otherwise, Gang Giz proprietary products are supplied under a
limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable commercial licence.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of its copyright, source code, design, branding or other intellectual property to you.
A valid Gang Giz licence authorises use only for:
- the specific product purchased;
- the number of domains, installations, projects or other usage units stated by the licence or product page; and
- the licence term or entitlement, if any, stated at the time of purchase.
Where technically permitted, you may customise or modify a Gang Giz product for use within your own properly licensed installation.
Such modification does not give you the right to redistribute, publish, resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the Gang Giz proprietary materials as a separate or competing product.
12. Licence Restrictions
Except where expressly permitted in writing or required by non-waivable law, you must not:
- redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish, share or give away Gang Giz proprietary products or source files;
- copy or clone a Gang Giz product for distribution, resale or creation of a competing product;
- make a purchased product publicly available in a repository, download site, file-sharing service or similar location;
- remove, obscure or falsify copyright, ownership, licence or attribution notices contained in proprietary Gang Giz materials;
- circumvent, bypass, disable, tamper with or interfere with licence controls, activation systems, domain restrictions or other technical protection measures;
- use one licence on more domains, installations or customers than the purchased licence permits;
- transfer a licence key to an unrelated customer, business or domain except through an authorised Gang Giz licence-transfer or licence-management process;
- sell access to a Gang Giz product as though you own or authored the Gang Giz proprietary component;
- use Gang Giz trademarks, product names, screenshots or branding in a way that falsely suggests partnership, certification, authorship or endorsement; or
- reverse engineer or decompile proprietary licensing components except to the limited extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
13. Agency and Client Use
An agency or developer may use a product for a client only where the purchased licence permits the relevant client/domain use.
A licence purchased for one customer or domain does not automatically become a reusable agency licence.
Where a licence-transfer facility is available, transfers must be completed through the authorised Gang Giz process.
14. Licence Enforcement, Suspension and Appeals
We may investigate suspected licence misuse, piracy, redistribution, credential abuse, payment fraud or other material violation of these Terms.
Where there is confirmed unauthorised commercial use, we may, after administrative review and subject to applicable law:
- suspend or revoke the affected licence;
- disable access to updates, downloads or support associated with the affected licence;
- block activation or use on a domain involved in confirmed unauthorised use;
- apply a permanent domain block in serious or repeated cases; and
- take other lawful steps necessary to protect our intellectual property or systems.
We recognise that licence issues can also arise from genuine mistakes, ownership changes, migrations or domain changes.
If you believe a licence action was taken in error, you may request an administrative review by contacting

or by using our
support portal.
15. Third-Party Software, Platforms and Components
Gang Giz products may work with or include components from third parties, including platforms such as WordPress, WooCommerce,
Karenderia / KMRS, frameworks, libraries, APIs, fonts, payment services or other software.
Third-party components remain the property of their respective owners and are governed by their own licences and terms.
A Gang Giz commercial licence applies only to the proprietary Gang Giz source code, designs, assets, installer components,
documentation, integration files and other materials supplied by Gang Giz.
It does not claim ownership of, relicense, or replace the licence applicable to third-party code.
Unless expressly stated on the product page, purchasing a Gang Giz add-on, theme or integration does not include a licence for the third-party
core software with which it works. You are responsible for obtaining any third-party licence required for your installation.
16. Updates and Continuing Compatibility
Where a purchase includes updates, the scope and duration of that entitlement are as stated on the product page,
order information or applicable licence.
Updates may include bug fixes, compatibility changes, security changes, improvements, feature changes or other revisions.
Third-party platforms can change independently of Gang Giz.
We do not promise indefinite compatibility with every future version of WordPress, WooCommerce, Karenderia / KMRS,
operating systems, browsers, APIs, hosting stacks or other third-party software.
We may identify supported versions or system requirements on the relevant product page or documentation.
17. Support Services
Support entitlement, if included, is limited to the period and scope stated on the relevant product page or order.
Standard product support may include assistance with installation issues, product defects, documented features and reasonable troubleshooting.
Unless expressly included in the purchased package, standard support does not include:
- custom feature development;
- redesign or bespoke customisation;
- repair of unrelated third-party software;
- server administration or hosting work;
- data entry or content creation;
- issues caused by unauthorised modifications, piracy, unsupported environments or incompatible third-party code; or
- services described separately as paid installation, configuration, customisation or managed support.
If you voluntarily provide temporary credentials or technical access for support, you authorise us to use that access only as reasonably necessary
to perform the requested service. You should revoke or change temporary credentials after the work is completed.
18. Accounts and Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding your password, licence keys and other credentials.
You must not share an account in a manner designed to defeat licence, download or support restrictions.
Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account,
licence key or payment information has been compromised.
We may require reasonable verification before changing account ownership, email addresses, licences or other sensitive account information.
19. Demos and Test Environments
Any live demo, instant demo, sandbox or trial environment is provided for evaluation.
Unless expressly permitted, you must not use a demo environment for production activity, unlawful content,
security testing without permission, automated scraping, excessive load generation, data harvesting or attempts to gain unauthorised access.
Demo content or data may be reset or removed at any time and should not be treated as permanent storage.
Do not upload confidential, sensitive or production data to a public demo environment unless we expressly provide a secure facility intended for that purpose.
20. Reviews, Comments and User Content
If the Marketplace allows you to submit a review, comment, testimonial, support attachment or other content,
you remain responsible for that content and must have the right to submit it.
Your content must not be unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, infringing, malicious, privacy-invasive or intended to manipulate reviews or ratings.
You grant Auho Cloud Services a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display,
format and use content that you intentionally make public on the Marketplace to the extent reasonably necessary to operate,
moderate and promote the Marketplace and its products.
This does not transfer ownership of your underlying content to us.
We may moderate or remove content that reasonably appears to breach these Terms, applicable law or platform integrity requirements.
We will not knowingly publish fabricated customer reviews as genuine customer reviews.
21. Intellectual Property and Website Content
Except for identified third-party materials, the Gang Giz website, Marketplace design, product descriptions,
graphics, branding, documentation, proprietary code, demos and other content are owned by or licensed to Auho Cloud Services
and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may view and use public website content for ordinary evaluation and purchasing purposes.
You may not republish, scrape, reproduce, sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute substantial proprietary website content,
product files, documentation or other protected materials except where we expressly permit it.
22. Acceptable Use
You must not use Gang Giz, its Marketplace, products, services or systems to:
- violate applicable law or the rights of another person;
- introduce malware, malicious code or intentionally harmful content;
- probe, scan or attack systems without authorisation;
- circumvent security, access or licensing controls;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority;
- commit fraud, payment abuse or intellectual-property infringement;
- interfere materially with the availability or operation of our systems; or
- use our services in a manner that exposes us, our infrastructure or other users to unlawful or unreasonable risk.
23. Third-Party Links and Services
Our website may link to or integrate with third-party websites, APIs, payment providers, software, marketplaces or services.
We do not control independent third parties and are not responsible for their terms, privacy practices, availability or content.
Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate agreements with those providers.
24. Privacy and Cookies
Our processing of personal data is governed by the Gang Giz Privacy Policy.
We use cookies and similar technologies for website operation, security, analytics and advertising as explained in that policy and,
where applicable, through our cookie-consent controls.
The Privacy Policy forms part of the legal information governing your use of Gang Giz but addresses data protection separately from these commercial Terms.

We aim to acknowledge a consumer complaint within 48 hours of receipt and to redress it within
one month, subject to the facts of the complaint and applicable law.
Where available, a support-ticket or complaint reference may be used to track the matter.
You may also submit a support request through our
support portal.
26. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate an account, licence or service where reasonably necessary because of material breach of these Terms,
confirmed piracy or licence abuse, unlawful activity, fraud, security risk, non-payment, abusive conduct toward our systems or personnel,
or where continued service would violate applicable law.
Where appropriate, we may provide an opportunity to correct a breach before termination.
Immediate action may be taken where reasonably necessary to protect security, intellectual property, other users or legal compliance.
Termination does not extinguish rights, payment obligations or remedies that arose before termination.
27. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gang Giz products and services are provided on the basis described on the relevant
product page, documentation and any written service agreement.
Except for warranties expressly provided by us in writing or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded,
we do not make additional implied guarantees that software will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every third-party environment.
Software may contain defects and can be affected by hosting configuration, third-party updates, APIs, plugins, operating systems,
network conditions and user modifications outside our control.
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups and testing material changes before deploying them to a production environment.
28. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited,
including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or other liability that applicable law requires to remain unrestricted.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer remedy.
Subject to the paragraph above, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Auho Cloud Services will not be liable for indirect,
incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, anticipated savings, business opportunity or data,
arising from use of a Gang Giz product or service where such losses were not a reasonably foreseeable direct consequence of our breach.
For claims that may lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability arising from a particular paid product or service will not exceed
the amount you paid to Auho Cloud Services for that product or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event,
unless applicable law requires a higher or different remedy.
29. Indemnity for Business Misuse
If you use Gang Giz products or services in the course of a business, you agree, to the extent permitted by law,
to indemnify Auho Cloud Services against third-party claims and reasonable losses resulting directly from your unlawful use,
your infringement of third-party rights, your unauthorised redistribution of our proprietary software,
or content or systems that you control.
This clause does not require you to indemnify us for losses caused by our own unlawful conduct.
30. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as widespread internet or cloud outages,
natural disasters, war, civil disturbance, government action, major cyber incidents, power failures, labour disruption,
failure of critical third-party platforms or other force-majeure events.
This does not affect any mandatory right to a refund or other remedy where applicable law provides one.
31. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Subject to any mandatory consumer forum, statutory jurisdiction or other jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be excluded,
courts of competent jurisdiction in Pathanamthitta District, Kerala will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms,
your use of the Marketplace, or purchases from Auho Cloud Services.
Nothing in this clause prevents a consumer from exercising a right to approach a consumer commission,
regulator or other forum where applicable law gives that forum jurisdiction.
32. Changes to Products and Services
We may improve, update, replace, discontinue or change features of our Marketplace, products or services.
Where a material change affects an existing paid entitlement, we will apply the change subject to the applicable product licence,
the terms applicable to the purchase and mandatory law.
We do not intend a later change to these Terms to retrospectively remove a licence right already granted for a completed purchase,
unless the change is required by law, necessary to address misuse or security, or permitted by the licence terms applicable to that purchase.
33. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, our Marketplace, products, licensing model,
payment methods, support practices or business operations.
The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
Material changes will apply prospectively where required by law.
34. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be applied or modified only to the extent necessary,
and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
35. No Waiver
If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean we waive the right to enforce it later.
Any waiver must be clear and applies only to the specific circumstance for which it is given.
36. Assignment
You may not transfer your account, contract or product licence except where the applicable licence expressly permits transfer or we approve it through
an authorised licence-management process.
We may transfer our rights and obligations as part of a lawful restructuring, merger, sale or transfer of the relevant business,
provided this does not unlawfully reduce your existing rights.
37. Entire Agreement and Product-Specific Terms
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, relevant product page, applicable commercial licence,
checkout terms and any separate written service agreement, form the agreement governing the relevant purchase or service.
If product-specific written terms conflict with these general Terms, the more specific term will govern that product to the extent of the conflict,
except that mandatory law will always prevail.
