\nGang Giz is a brand operated by Auho Cloud Services<\/strong> (\u201cGang Giz\u201d, \u201cAuho Cloud Services\u201d, \u201cwe\u201d, \u201cus\u201d or \u201cour\u201d).
\nThese Terms & Conditions (\u201cTerms\u201d) govern your access to and use of
\ngangiz.com<\/a>,
\nthe Gang Giz Marketplace<\/a>,
\ncustomer accounts, demos, downloads, licences, support services, managed services and any related products or services that refer to these Terms.\n<\/p>\n

\nBy creating an account, placing an order, purchasing or downloading a product, activating a licence,
\nrequesting a service, or otherwise using the Gang Giz Marketplace, you agree to these Terms and any
\nproduct-specific terms displayed on the relevant product or checkout page.
\nIf you do not agree, do not purchase or use the relevant product or service.\n<\/p>\n

\nNothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or overrides any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection or other mandatory law.\n<\/p>\n

2. Eligibility and Authority<\/h2>\n

\nYou must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order.
\nIf you purchase or use a product on behalf of a company, client, partnership, organisation or other entity,
\nyou confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.\n<\/p>\n

\nIf you are an agency, developer or service provider purchasing for a client, you remain responsible for ensuring
\nthat the appropriate licence is purchased and assigned to the authorised client\/domain in accordance with the applicable product licence.\n<\/p>\n

3. The Gang Giz Marketplace<\/h2>\n

\nThe Gang Giz Marketplace offers digital products and related services, which may include themes, plugins, add-ons,
\nsoftware components, integrations, installers, documentation, licences, support, installation, configuration,
\ncustomisation and other technology services.\n<\/p>\n

\nUnless a product page expressly identifies a different seller, products offered under the Gang Giz brand are sold by
\nAuho Cloud Services<\/strong>.
\nIf we later allow an identified third-party seller to offer a product through the Marketplace,
\nthe seller\u2019s identity and any additional seller-specific terms may be displayed on the relevant listing.
\nThese Marketplace Terms will continue to govern your use of the Gang Giz platform.\n<\/p>\n

4. Product Information and Compatibility<\/h2>\n

\nWe aim to provide accurate product descriptions, screenshots, demonstrations, compatibility information,
\nfeature lists and documentation. Product pages may also identify required third-party software, supported versions,
\nlicence scope, update entitlement, support period or other product-specific conditions.\n<\/p>\n

\nBefore purchasing, you are responsible for checking that your hosting environment, server, CMS, software version,
\nthird-party platform and other technical requirements are compatible with the product.
\nIf you are uncertain about compatibility, contact
\nsupport@gangiz.com<\/a> before purchase.\n<\/p>\n

\nScreenshots, mock-ups, demos and promotional materials illustrate the product at the time they are produced.
\nMinor visual or functional differences may occur because of software versions, device settings, third-party dependencies,
\nbrowser behaviour, configuration or later product updates.\n<\/p>\n

5. Orders and Contract Formation<\/h2>\n

\nSubmitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected product or service.
\nAn order is accepted when payment is successfully confirmed and we provide the relevant order confirmation,
\ndownload access, licence, service confirmation or other fulfilment, unless we notify you that the order cannot be accepted.\n<\/p>\n

\nWe may refuse, cancel or manually review an order where reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud,
\npayment failure, sanctions or legal restrictions, pricing or technical error, duplicate orders,
\nlicensing abuse, security concerns or inability to provide the ordered service.
\nIf we cancel a paid order before providing the purchased product or service, the amount paid for that cancelled order will be refunded,
\nsubject to any lawful payment-provider deductions that are outside our control.\n<\/p>\n

6. Prices, Currency and Taxes<\/h2>\n

\nPrices are shown in the currency displayed on the Marketplace at the time of purchase.
\nApplicable taxes, duties, bank charges, foreign-exchange charges or payment-provider fees may be added or charged where required.
\nYou are responsible for taxes or charges applicable to your purchase except those that applicable law requires us to collect and remit.\n<\/p>\n

\nWe may change prices, discounts, bundles or promotional offers at any time.
\nA later price change does not normally alter the price of an order already completed.
\nObvious pricing or listing errors may be corrected, and if an affected order cannot reasonably be fulfilled at the erroneous price,
\nwe may cancel it and refund the amount paid.\n<\/p>\n

7. Payments<\/h2>\n

\nWe currently accept payments through PayPal<\/strong> and Stripe<\/strong>, together with any other method displayed at checkout from time to time.
\nPayments are also subject to the relevant payment provider\u2019s terms and policies.\n<\/p>\n

\nYou must provide accurate billing and payment information and must be authorised to use the selected payment method.
\nWe may suspend delivery or licence access while a payment is pending, reversed, disputed or reasonably suspected to be fraudulent.\n<\/p>\n

\nA genuine billing dispute should first be raised with us at
\nsupport@gangiz.com<\/a>.
\nA fraudulent or abusive chargeback may result in suspension of the associated account, licence or service while the matter is investigated.
\nThis does not limit any lawful right you have to dispute a payment.\n<\/p>\n

8. Digital Delivery<\/h2>\n

\nDigital products are normally made available through your Gang Giz account, a download link, licence activation,
\nemail, or another delivery method stated on the product page.
\nDelivery is considered made when the purchased digital product or access is made available to you,
\nsubject to any mandatory consumer-law rule that applies.\n<\/p>\n

\nYou are responsible for maintaining access to the email address and account used for the purchase and for keeping your own lawful backups
\nof downloaded files where permitted by the applicable licence.\n<\/p>\n

9. Pre-Orders and Upcoming Products<\/h2>\n

\nA product identified as a pre-order<\/strong>, early access<\/strong>, coming soon<\/strong> or similar offering may not be fully released at the time of purchase.
\nAny release date, feature roadmap or development target is an estimate unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.
\nSoftware development priorities, third-party changes, testing requirements or technical issues may affect release timing or features.\n<\/p>\n

\nIf we permanently cancel a paid pre-order before delivering the purchased product, we will provide an appropriate refund.
\nAny customer-requested cancellation or refund is otherwise governed by the Refund Policy, the product-specific terms and applicable law.\n<\/p>\n

10. Refunds, Returns and Defective Digital Products<\/h2>\n

\nBecause most Gang Giz products are digital goods or digital services that can be downloaded, activated or accessed shortly after purchase,
\nrefund eligibility may differ from physical goods.
\nOur current Refund Policy<\/strong>, as published on gangiz.com, is incorporated into these Terms by reference.\n<\/p>\n

\nNothing in these Terms or in our Refund Policy removes any mandatory right you may have under applicable law.
\nWhere a digital product or service is defective, deficient, materially different from its advertised characteristics,
\nor otherwise qualifies for a refund or remedy under applicable law, we will handle the matter in accordance with those legal requirements.\n<\/p>\n

\nA refund will not ordinarily be due merely because you changed your mind after receiving or accessing a digital product,
\nwhere applicable law permits that limitation, or because you failed to check clearly disclosed compatibility requirements.
\nEach request will nevertheless be reviewed under the Refund Policy and applicable law.\n<\/p>\n

11. Gang Giz Commercial Software Licence<\/h2>\n

\nUnless a product page or separate written licence expressly states otherwise, Gang Giz proprietary products are supplied under a
\nlimited, non-exclusive, non-transferable commercial licence<\/strong>.
\nPurchasing a product does not transfer ownership of its copyright, source code, design, branding or other intellectual property to you.\n<\/p>\n
